We reply to every review in the guest’s language and send anything mechanical a guest mentions straight to the shop.

Your car, your plates, your insurance. Our Turo account.
You keep ownership, registration and insurance. Your car goes live under our Turo profile, with ten years of reviews behind it from day one. We collect the rental income and pay you your share with a full statement.
Paid once or twice a month
Once a month for one car, twice a month from two cars. Every statement lists every trip, every fee and every dollar.
Turo’s automatic split is coming
Turo plans to split each trip and pay owners directly (expected in the first half of 2027). Until then we pay your share on the schedule above; after that, Turo pays it straight to you.
