What does PBCM Inc. do?
PBCM Inc. is a Montreal company with three services for car owners and small businesses: Turo fleet management (co-hosting), business phone lines (VoIP) and websites. We run all three for our own businesses too, including our partner shop, Road Refined Automotive in Saint-Hubert.
Which languages do you work in?
English, French and Russian. We also answer Turo guests in their own language.
Do I keep ownership of my car if you manage it on Turo?
Yes. You keep ownership, registration (plates) and insurance. We handle the listing, guests, cleaning, inspections, claims, tickets, tolls and repairs.
How much does Turo management cost?
It’s a 70/30 revenue share: you keep 70% of trip revenue and PBCM keeps 30%. There is no monthly fee and no onboarding fee (inspection, wash, pro photos and listing setup are included). Excess mileage fees go 100% to you, and every other Turo line item has a fixed split you see in full before you sign. The agreement is for 12 months.
How often am I paid?
Once a month for one car, or twice a month from two cars, with a statement showing every trip and every fee. When Turo’s automatic split goes live (expected in the first half of 2027), Turo will pay your 70% to you directly.
Who handles damage claims, tickets and tolls?
We do. Every trip gets an inspection report before and after, and we file and follow up on damage claims, parking and traffic tickets, tolls and guest fees.
Where is my car serviced?
At our partner shop, Road Refined Automotive, 1764 Rue Soucy, Saint-Hubert. Mechanical work and bodywork are done in-house so the car gets back on the calendar quickly.
How do I sign up my car?
Use the online sign-up at pay.roadrefined.com/turo-cohost-onboarding/ (about five minutes), or contact us first and we’ll tell you which option fits your car.
Can I keep my current business phone number?
In most cases, yes. Moving a number between providers is standard in Canada and we handle the request for you.
Do I need desk phones for a VoIP line?
No. Calls ring on your cellphone or computer through an app. Desk phones are optional.
Will my new website show up in Google and in AI search?
We set up what search engines and AI assistants need to read your site: a sitemap, structured data for your business and FAQ, English and French versions linked properly, a robots.txt that lets AI crawlers in, and an llms.txt summary. Nobody can guarantee rankings, but your site will be easy to find and easy to understand.
How long have you been building websites?
Since 2011. We started with web agencies and helped build many client sites, and today we build and run sites for our own businesses and clients, including roadrefined.com, photosuits.com and gecherchecharly.org.
Do you write the French version of my site?
Yes. French pages are written by a person in Quebec French, not machine-translated.
