At PBCM, we pursue different business fields to understand first-hand the variables at play. With aggregated knowledge and experience, we can offer real solutions to your business. We’d love to show you some of the businesses we own and operate, as well as client projects we’ve worked on and accomplished in the past. Certain projects are still ongoing, and we are proud to share a few words about our work.
Our entrepreneurial journey started with Photo Suits – a now established Montreal-based wedding photography business. We wanted to capture authentic, precious and priceless moments for couples that wanted a seamless and stress-free experience through our photography services. We’ve happily worked on weddings and families of all sorts: Jewish, Catholic, Orthodox, Italian, Greek, Indian, as well as Civil Weddings, ranging from 100 guests to 500+ guests. We love diversity and getting to really know our couples, getting along with them to personalize and support them in their wedding journey.

When our photography business reached it peak, our team was being dispatched every weekend to cover numerous weddings. Being behind the camera is not an easy task: days were long, tiring and very energy consuming. Having proper sustenance was key to surviving our photoshoots, capturing all the best moments of our clients and couples and making the entire process and event as seamless as possible. Phil’s solution came to him as a recipe: Nutritious energy balls, made with quality ingredients that give you enough of a boost to get through your day. They are easy to carry around and keep your gut happy!
We currently make and sell our balls at Florence Café in Pointe Saint-Charles, and distribute to Café de Mercanti on Monkland and Dispensa Italian Grocery in Old Montreal.

Since 2017, Phil started his car rental business on Turo. Since then, our business gained enough expertise to not only manage our own fleet of cars in Montreal, but also develop car management partnerships in Toronto. We manage cars for all users, from small everyday commute vehicles, to higher-end cars including Rolls-Royces and Lamborghinis. We’ve had the opportunity to work with Turo by hosting workshops to share knowledge with other car owners interested in renting their cars on Turo and make a profit.

When we launched our partnership with now Turo host Art in Toronto, we were there every step of the startup process with him. From getting all the proper licenses, opening the business in Montreal, registering all the correct taxes and business number requirements, and finally expanding from Montreal to Toronto. Today Art operates a fleet of over 25 cars and is now one of the top renters on Turo in Toronto, as mentioned in their 2019 Market Guide for Toronto.
Carcade went from a simple dream to a novel luxury car rental business based in Montreal. We took an owner’s idea, created a business plan and executed. We started with zero cars, but with our first car purchase, we immediately launched an appealing and responsive website, kickstarting Carcade’s social media pages, procured all licenses needed, developed partnerships with local businesses and eventually started collecting a fleet of luxury cars. We helped drive a fast and effortless startup process for Carcade, setting up all the infrastructure and platforms needed for operation and finally empowered them to run on their own.
